Job summary

Innovative Captive Strategies seeks a Captive Executive to drive growth for its Property & Casualty captive insurance practice across the United States. The role focuses on building market presence, advising agencies and business leaders, and expanding the organization’s footprint rather than maintaining existing territory.

You will develop market expansion strategies, cultivate agency relationships, and lead consultative sales efforts to deliver tailored risk-financing solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance, business development, consulting, captive insurance, or related field.
• Licensing in Property & Casualty preferred or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies within assigned territories.
• Build relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, consultants, and business leaders.
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative sales efforts.
• Lead conversations with prospective clients and agency partners to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on captive insurance strategies and alternative risk financing.
• Present complex concepts in a clear, pragmatic manner.
