Job summary

Innovative Captive Strategies is seeking a driven Captive Executive to expand our Property & Casualty captive insurance practice across the United States. This is a growth-focused role aimed at building a market presence rather than maintaining an existing territory.

As a trusted advisor to agency partners and business leaders, you will educate clients on captive strategies, guide risk financing decisions, and drive long-term program value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance, business development, consulting, captive insurance, or related field.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and relationship management.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Insurance licensing (or ability to obtain licensure within three months).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies within assigned territories.
• Build relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, consultants, and business leaders.
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative sales efforts.
• Lead conversations with prospective clients and agency partners to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Educate clients and partners on captive insurance strategies and alternative risk financing.
• Provide consultative guidance that helps clients gain greater control and value from their programs.
• Present complex concepts in a clear, practical, business-focused manner.
• Lead and grow captive programs with strategic oversight and collaboration.
