Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in commercial property casualty.
• Ability to obtain state-specific Insurance Agent's License within 90 days of hire.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through qualified sales calls and meetings.
• Provide captive education and consulting for clients and agency partners.
• Maintain relationships with clients, addressing their business needs.
• Promote a positive attitude in support of agency growth.
• Attend and participate in captive quarterly calls and member meetings.
• Liaise between agency partners, clients, and vendor partnerships.
