Job summary

Innovative Captive Strategies is seeking a highly motivated sales and relationship management professional to expand our Property & Casualty captive insurance practice across strategic markets in the United States.

This is not a role focused on maintaining an existing territory. It's an opportunity to develop one, advising agencies and business leaders, and driving growth while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance, business development, consulting, captive insurance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and relationship management.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Insurance licensing (or ability to obtain licensure within three months).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive market expansion strategies within assigned territories and develop one new market.
• Build relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, consultants, and business leaders.
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative sales efforts.
• Lead conversations with prospective clients and agency partners to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Serve as the strategic lead for captive programs and mentor team members.
