Innovative Captive Strategies seeks a Captive Executive to expand its Property & Casualty captive insurance footprint across strategic US markets. The role prioritizes new market development over territory maintenance and positions you as a trusted advisor to agency partners and business leaders.

You will drive growth through consultative selling, build influential agency relationships, and lead captive program development while traveling up to 50% as part of a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance, business development, consulting, captive insurance, or related field.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and relationship management.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Insurance licensing (or ability to obtain licensure within three months).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies within assigned territories.
• Build relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, consultants, and business leaders.
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative sales.
• Lead conversations with prospective clients and agency partners to tailor solutions.
• Educate clients on captive insurance strategies and provide practical guidance.
