Innovative Captive Strategies is seeking a results-driven Captive Executive to expand our Property & Casualty captive insurance practice across the United States. This role focuses on building new markets, establishing strong agency partnerships, and driving growth rather than maintaining existing territories.

You will educate clients on captive strategies, deliver tailored risk-financing solutions, and lead strategic programs with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in consultative sales and relationship management.
Experience building and expanding market presence in insurance or risk financing.
Ability to engage executives and business owners with credible, value-driven discussions.

Responsibilities

Drive market expansion strategies within assigned territories across the United States.
Build relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, consultants, and business leaders.
Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and consultative efforts.
Lead conversations with prospective clients and agency partners to identify opportunities and tailor solutions.
Educate clients on captive insurance strategies and alternative risk financing with clear, practical guidance.
Lead and grow captive programs as the strategic lead for group captive initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to shape captive strategy and represent ICs at events and meetings.
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
