Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead campus renovation projects from concept to completion. You will manage multiple projects with multi-million dollar budgets, coordinate with Sales and vendors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across a senior living campus.

The role requires strong organizational skills, independence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• High school education or the equivalent.
• Two years special schooling in a related field.
• Four (4) years work experience with purchasing inventory, office organization/procedure, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages renovation of residential and assisted living spaces and other campus capital projects.
• Directs bids and manages contractors to Covenant Living standards.
• Coordinate with Sales to meet move-in commitments and track project schedules.
• Maintain capital budget, document expenses, and code invoices in the CMMS.
• Inspect vacated apartments and prepare renovations for new occupancy.
• Respond to emergencies and work with Facilities Management team.
• Support CMMS usage and maintain relationships with vendors and municipalities.
