You will manage budgets, coordinate contractors and vendors, read plans, supervise the Renovations team, and uphold compliance while delivering exceptional resident-centered results.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in construction, renovations, facilities management, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related field, including supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and understand specifications, plans, and drawings, with advanced knowledge of architectural and engineering plans.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to complete reports and maintain records.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, building systems, and life-safety systems.
• Proven leadership in budgets, contractors, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead renovation, remodeling, capital improvement, and construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Direct quality assurance and safety for capital projects including routine inspections.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and impacts across departments and campus stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors while monitoring safety and compliance.
• Manage the Renovations team and oversee budgeting, scheduling, and safety programs.
