Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or the equivalent.
• Two years special schooling in a related field.
• Four (4) years work experience with purchasing inventory, office organization/procedure, and project management, preferred.
• Computer and business office equipment aptitude, required.

Responsibilities

• Manages renovation of residential and assisted living spaces and other capital projects.
• Obtains bids and directs contractors and vendors to Covenant Living standards.
• Interacts with Sales to meet move-in dates and reviews weekly project schedules.
• Maintains capital budget, documents expenses, and codes invoices per protocol.
• Uses CMMS for asset documentation and future capital cost planning.
• Maintains inventory and orders appliances/equipment for renovations.
• Inspects vacated apartments and coordinates renovations with Sales.
• Responds to emergencies and supports Facilities Management team.
• Prequalifies contractors and builds relationships with municipalities.
