Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Capital Projects Planning Manager to support strategic planning for new construction and renovations. You will organize scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with civil engineers, architects, and contractors to determine optimal capital deployment across up to 12 projects.

The role requires collaboration with Real Estate and Development teams and may involve site visits to evaluate feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; degree in design or construction preferred.
• 5+ years experience in campus planning, conceptual estimating, or construction project management.
• Experience with project planning and coordination across Real Estate and Development teams.

Responsibilities

• Identifies project scope to meet operations objectives.
• Collaborates with Planning Director and Real Estate/Development teams to support growth.
• Travels to evaluate feasibility of sites as needed.
• Oversees site diligence and regulatory processes for future markets.
• Manages design consultants, vendors, and project schedules; reviews fees and invoices.
