Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, architecture or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience managing construction, renovation or capital projects.
• Healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• Knowledge of life safety regulations and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and renovation activities across multiple properties.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on site.
• Maintain on-site leadership presence for daily coordination and execution.
• Ensure schedules, quality, and safety compliance with plans and specs.
• Plan activities to minimize disruption to residents and operations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, invoices, and change orders.
• Communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate design development, permitting, procurement, and implementation.
