Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Capital Project Manager to oversee renovations and campus capital projects from conception to completion. You will manage budgets up to $5M annually, coordinate with contractors and internal staff, ensure schedules are met, and maintain accurate CMMS and financial records.

This role requires independent work, strong organization, and a commitment to service for residents of our continuing care communities.

Qualifications

• High school education or the equivalent.
• Two years special schooling in a related field.
• Four years work experience with purchasing, inventory, office organization/procedure, and project management, preferred.
• Certifications in related areas are highly desirable.
• Computer and business office equipment aptitude, required.
• Previous experience in project organization, construction, and management is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete renovation of residential and campus capital projects.
• Liaise between contractors and staff on project components.
• Obtain bids and manage contractors to Covenant Living standards.
• Coordinate with Sales to meet move-in commitments.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to stay on time and within budget.
• Code invoices and maintain records in CMMS and finance systems.
• Maintain inventory levels and document new equipment.
