Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Associate’s degree/two years of college, plus two years of related work experience, or 4 years of related work experience.
• Certified Project Manager (CPM).
• 14+ years leading large capital projects.
• 7+ years managing construction projects in a Senior Living environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct all planning and management processes for various project types from remodeling to new builds.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including design, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain construction plans and current project status records.
• Monitor performance to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation with stakeholders.
• Select designers, contractors and other project vendors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
