Job summary

Article Student Living seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead capital improvements across its national student housing portfolio. You will own scopes, contracts, budgets, procurement and risk management while ensuring minimal disruption to residents and operations.

You will manage multiple large-scale projects, maintain QA/QC, and lead a small team of PMs, collaborating with Asset Management, Operations, Facilities and Accounting to protect asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate development, business or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in construction management and owner representation.
• Experience delivering capital improvement projects across commercial/ residential sectors across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, procurement, execution and closeout of capital projects.
• Develop scopes of work, contracts, budgets, procurement strategies and risk plans.
• Coordinate among Asset Management, Operations, Facilities, Accounting, and vendors.
• Manage project teams and maintain QA/QC standards and resident impact considerations.
