Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Houston, TX to drive client acquisition and growth for Financial Wellness Solutions. You will partner with clients to design and implement comprehensive wellness programs, leveraging health accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and related offerings.

Responsibilities

Acquire new clients for financial wellness solutions and grow sales, revenue, and market share.
Manage origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of services.
Mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks for clients.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to expand the book of business.
Present the full range of PNC products to clients and leverage sales tools.
