You will partner with employers, HR professionals, consultants and brokers to deliver consumer-directed healthcare and benefit solutions, using a consultative approach to uncover needs, craft customized strategies, and strengthen employee financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to HR leaders, Benefits leaders, and Total Rewards professionals.
• Proven ability to grow client base and deepen wallet share in employer-sponsored benefit solutions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer-directed healthcare products and benefits administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients across financial wellness solutions and grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Represent the full bank to clients by coordinating with internal partners and leveraging PNC's product suite.
• Develop customized strategies aligned with client goals to improve employee financial well-being.
• Build long-term relationships with employers, benefits leaders, HR professionals, consultants and brokers.
• Analyze client needs and opportunities using consultative selling approaches to drive engagement and loyalty.
