Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Dallas, TX, to drive new client acquisition in financial wellness solutions. The role focuses on growing sales, revenue, and market share by partnering with employers, HR leaders, and benefits brokers.

You will leverage a consultative approach and collaborate with internal SMEs to close opportunities and enhance the employee experience. Applicants with experience selling CDH, HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, or benefits administration are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in business development or enterprise sales.
• Experience selling or consulting on employer-sponsored benefit solutions or financial wellness products is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to identify client needs and develop customized strategies.
