Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Development Manager III to drive growth in financial wellness solutions for large corporate and financial institution segments. Based in the East or Midwest territories, you will partner with Relationship Managers to pursue opportunities, close new business, and expand existing client relationships.

You will present HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, and other wellness offerings to senior decision-makers, leveraging internal teams and COIs to grow the pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required at this level.
• Masters/PhD or certifications desirable.
• Industry experience typically 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Sets client acquisition strategies and directs new client sales activities across financial wellness solutions.
• Drives strategy to acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue.
• Manages risk/return and ensures quality for new and existing clients.
• Focuses on client opportunities by understanding their needs and financial well‑being.
• Manages networks with senior internal and external relationships to acquire or expand clients.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze complex financial wellness solutions and position them.
