The role requires a Bachelor’s in business/marketing or related field and 2+ years in outside sales within facilities management, with strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales experience in facility management or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Research market trends to stay informed about industry developments and potential clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations to showcase CCS Facility Service offerings and value.
• Tailor proposals to address client needs and articulate the value proposition.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and service agreements.
• Negotiate terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Set and achieve sales targets aligned with company goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.
