You will collaborate with Strategic Marketing, Product Management, and SBUs to translate regional customer insights into new product development and repeat-business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering.
• PhD preferred for advanced roles.
• 10+ years of technical experience in photomask manufacturing or wafer fabrication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary SSC interface and facilitate technology exchange with customers.
• Develop region-specific customer process knowledge and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Lead successful new product introductions (NPIs) with local experts and customers.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing, Product Management, and SBUs to align customer insights with solutions.
• Support field enablement and transfer of new tools and technologies within SMS.
