Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor-related industries in senior leadership roles.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related field.
• Proven senior leadership experience within a similar organization.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and decision-making skills.
• Financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in a matrix organization and managing senior managers.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams toward goals.
