Job summary

ZEISS Group in Boise, Idaho is hiring a Head of Business Development & Field Marketing – Semiconductor Mask Shop & Metrology to drive regional growth by building strong customer partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. This role links mask shop customers, local Sales, Applications and Service teams with SMS headquarters, translating market insights into tailored solutions.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, or related STEM discipline.
PhD and/or business qualification (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
10+ years of technical and commercial experience in Semiconductor Mask Solutions (SMS) and the mask shop ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead regional customer engagement and business development for SMS and net-new opportunities.
Translate customer needs into opportunities for ZEISS SMT products and collaborations.
Coordinate regional introductions of new SMS products and solutions and drive launches.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, Applications, Strategic Marketing, Product Management and R&D to align portfolio priorities.
