ZEISS is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow opportunities in the North American Clinical and Diagnostic segments. You will translate market signals into strategic go-to-market plans and enable the sales organization with compelling content and insights.

You will collaborate with NA Marketing Communications to run campaigns, manage content, and build customer value propositions while navigating FDA-related regulations and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; MBA/PhD is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Grow the number and value of qualified opportunities in NA Clinical and Diagnostic segments.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities, applications, partnerships, and customer use cases.
• Deliver market intelligence: customer insights, trends, and competitive analysis for actions.
• Develop differentiated product positioning and customer-facing content.
• Engage customers and key opinion leaders to expand relationships.
• Support marketing with content, campaigns, and training for sales readiness.
