Zusammenfassung

ZEISS is seeking a Business Development Expert to act as the primary interface with customers in SSC US, translating regional insights into solution development and repeat-business opportunities. You will partner with Strategic Marketing, Product Management, and SBUs to drive NPIs and new product introductions.

You will lead regional solution-development activities, maintain knowledge of customer processes and competitors, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure successful market

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering; PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of technical experience in photomask manufacturing or wafer fabrication with industry contacts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers.
• Experience launching new products with customers and understanding semiconductor market dynamics.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary SSC counterpart to Strategic Marketing SMS and enable alignment between Field Marketing and Strategic Marketing.
• Lead region-specific customer engagement and solution-development activities with internal stakeholders.
• Drive market intelligence by tracking competitor activities and industry conferences; communicate insights to SMS, PMs, and HQ.
• Lead successful NPIs with local application experts and input prioritization during customer evaluations.
• Support organizational implementation of the new Business Development role and enablement across the US.
