Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Business Developer to expand market share in Florida. You will identify opportunities, manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and more.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience in a mid-to-senior level.
• Experience with CRM or SFA tools and multi-project management in a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and develop solutions for prospective customers.
• Forecast sales deliverables and KPI achievement.
• Close deals and manage contracts with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and existing clients.
• Log activity in CRM and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
