Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Developer to expand market share, build key client relationships, and close lucrative landscaping and snow-service opportunities across a broad Florida territory.

You will partner with operations, finance, marketing and field teams, manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract, and travel to meet prospects and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years of extensive B2B selling in a mid-to-senior role across a large territory.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and travel.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with a CRM or SFA tool and pipeline management.
• Strong presentation skills and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and develop tailored BrightView solutions.
• Accurately forecast sales, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Achieve sales goals and work independently.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships.
• Lead heavy phone prospecting, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain CRM activity and progress deals in a fast-paced environment.
