Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant in Irvine, CA to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, negotiating pricing and finalizing client service agreements.

The role requires proactive lead generation, strong negotiation skills, and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license for travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and implementation.
• Negotiate pricing and scope with clients; complete required paperwork and client agreements.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
• Travel domestically to attend client meetings, events and training.
