Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a driven Business Consultant in Irvine, CA to identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and work with channel partners.

You will negotiate terms, maintain a healthy pipeline, and travel domestically to client sites and events.

This role requires strong communication, CRM expertise, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Prospect aggressively to reach key decision makers.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to client service agreement.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities.
• Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments.
• Travel domestically for meetings, events, and training.
• Submit required reports and participate in team meetings.
