Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and partners. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service agreements.

Travel to client sites and events will be required to meet sales goals. The role requires proactive outreach, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years sales experience preferred.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce) is preferred.
• Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Frequent domestic travel for client meetings, events and training.
