Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Irvine, CA seeks a Channel Business Consultant to drive growth with channel partners. You will manage partner relationships, educate on HCM solutions, and own the full sales cycle from qualification to close.

Frequent domestic travel is expected to support client engagements and partner visits. The role requires B2B sales experience, channel partner collaboration, and strong negotiation and presentation skills, with CRM proficiency to track activity and forecast

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years B2B sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years channel partner sales experience required.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through channel partners and referral networks.
• Manage partner relationships and educate on value proposition.
• Own full sales cycle from lead to close and post-sale handoff.
• Develop pipeline, forecast revenue, and document activity in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and proposals.
