Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners and self-generated opportunities. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to post-sale and implementation, including negotiating pricing and finalizing the client service agreement.

Frequent domestic travel will be required to attend team onsite meetings, client visits, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Two years' sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends, products, services and broker practices.
• Conduct thorough analysis, planning, and implementation of products and services tailored to meet client needs.
• Stay informed about competitors' initiatives and analyze potential threats.
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services provided to assigned clients.
