Job summary

Verizon is seeking a results-driven sales-support professional in New Jersey to drive new business and strengthen existing relationships across state accounts. You will partner with field teams, quote, contract, and onboard customers while advancing self-service tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SLED leadership, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting migrations and renewals. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience (Sales support, Customer Service, etc).
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions on accounts with or without an assigned account manager.
• Prospect for new customers while partnering with support and field teams to close opportunities.
• Support the account strategy with the SLED sales leadership team.
• Handle quoting, contracting and ordering implementation, migration, and onboarding support.
• Drive and train online self-service via the Verizon Enterprise Center to increase adoption.
