Job summary

Verizon in New Jersey is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to identify client needs, tailor solutions, and close deals that drive revenue. You’ll travel to customer sites, manage opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This is a commission-based role with base pay, comprehensive benefits starting day one, tuition assistance, and strong training. You’ll develop relationships with key decision makers and promote Verizon’s Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and mobility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Outside sales, prospecting and negotiation experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory (up to ~50%).
• Excellent time management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet targets.
• Retain, manage and grow the existing customer base.
• Educate customers on Verizon solutions and coordinate with support partners.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and present multi-product opportunities.
