Job summary

Verizon is hiring for a Business Account Specialist - SLED. In a mobile role, you will support state, local, and education accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring excellent service.

You will coordinate with sales leaders, quote, contract, and onboard customers, and promote self-service options through the Verizon Enterprise Center. You’ll work with SLED teams to handle escalations, outages, and billing issues while developing solutions and opportunities with customers and field partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of work experience (Sales support, Customer Service, etc).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions on accounts with or without an assigned account manager.
• Prospect for new customers and support closing opportunities with various teams.
• Handle quoting, contracting, ordering, migration and onboarding support.
