The role emphasizes collaboration with sales leadership, field teams, and cross-functional support channels to resolve issues and advance migrations on legacy platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one+ years of work experience (Sales support, Customer Service).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions on accounts with or without an assigned account manager.
• Prospect for new customers and partner with support and field teams to close opportunities.
• Support the overall account strategy with the SLED sales leadership team.
• Handle quoting, contracting, ordering, and onboarding support for new and existing customers.
