Job summary

Verizon is seeking a sales-support oriented professional to drive customer interactions, prospect new business, and support the account strategy across SLED segments. You will handle quoting, contracting, and onboarding while promoting self-service tools and resolving issues in partnership with multiple teams.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or 1+ year experience in sales support or customer service, a valid driver’s license, and pass MVRC checks.

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of work experience in sales support or customer service.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions on accounts with or without an assigned account manager.
• Prospect for new customers and close opportunities with field teams.
• Support account strategy with the SLED sales leadership team.
• Quote, contract, order, implement, migrate and onboard customers.
• Drive self-service adoption via the Verizon Enterprise Center.
