Job summary

Verizon is seeking a sales-focused professional to lead customer interactions on accounts with or without an assigned account manager. You will prospect for new customers, partner with support and field teams to close opportunities, and support the SLED sales leadership team with account strategy.

You will handle quoting, contracting, ordering, migration, and onboarding, and drive online self-service via VEC to boost user adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year work experience (sales support, customer service).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions on accounts with or without an assigned account manager.
• Prospect for new customers with support from field teams to close opportunities.
• Support the overall account strategy with the SLED sales leadership team.
• New and existing customer quoting, contracting and ordering implementation, migration, and onboarding support.
• Drive and train online self-service via the Verizon Enterprise Center (VEC) to increase SLED customer users and adoption.
