Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. The role involves developing and delivering annual sales plans, leveraging Dow’s portfolio, and collaborating with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

The position requires managing multiple stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and may involve global negotiations.

Qualificações

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• US-based applicants must be legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Manage account portfolio and prepare/implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Assess short vs long-term trade-offs and communicate win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
