Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a results-oriented pharmaceutical salesperson to manage a defined territory and drive top-line growth. You will meet or exceed sales plans, build relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders, and communicate clinical data effectively throughout the territory.

The role requires 2+ years in business or customer service with sales experience, preferably in Pharma, along with strong time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Ability/willingness to travel extensively and stay at a location for an extended period of time.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives by developing and implementing strategies specific to the assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Effectively plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities, e.g., speakers' bureau programs, symposia, etc.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner.
• Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines and operate assigned sales territory within established sales and/or corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
