Inizio Engage is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our biotechnology commercialization team in the United States. You will manage a defined territory, build relationships with key physicians and opinion leaders, and execute programs to maximize sales opportunities while adhering to pharma guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and thorough understanding of clinical data, with travel across the territory and potential regional conferences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales highly preferred.
• Men’s Health preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and a growth mindset.
• Ability to travel extensively; local and overnight travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives with tailored strategies.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and calls to achieve activity goals.
• Develop and implement territory programs to maximize sales opportunities.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Present professional sales presentations to customers.
• Maintain compliant practices with regulations and Pharma guidelines.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
