Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a results-oriented salesperson to cover a defined territory within the United States. You will manage relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders, execute sales plans, and participate in regional and national conferences to promote clinical data-driven solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in sales or customer service, and willingness to travel. Pharmaceutical and Men's Health experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Ability/willingness to travel extensively with possible overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all established territory sales plan and objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner.
• Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
