Qualifications

• Able to analyze and understand data.
• Proficient with SGWS technology.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs.
• Develop a customer growth plan and a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Pre‑plan account visits with an agenda, purpose, and selling opportunities in CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative selling skills.
• Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives and support growth.
