Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Prepare pre-planned account visits with agendas and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit plans in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them in accounts.
• Propose selling solutions and win sales using consultative selling skills.
• Meet internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
• Support customer needs and provide guidance to drive growth.
