Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Specialist, Business Development to support go-to-market initiatives that generate new client relationships, enhance brand profile, and drive revenue opportunities across the projects practice.

This hybrid role is based in Texas with potential for Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio offices; collaboration with PR, events, and CRM teams is essential to deliver client materials and thought leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Manage production of client-targeted marketing materials for projects practice, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor plans and project meeting actions; lead follow-up.
• Identify and develop engagement opportunities with target clients for assigned practices.
• Coordinate with partners on outcomes and thought leadership with PR collaboration.
• Manage production of newsletters, blogs, client alerts, and other external communications.
• Develop internal communications for monthly engagement activities and talking points.
• Ensure marketing channels convey consistent messages across platforms including social media.
• Track client engagement in CRM analytics and reports, identify opportunities from data.
• Coordinate with events team for industry conferences, client presentations, and related events.
• Draft and coordinate submissions for legal directories and practice surveys with lead lawyers.
• Manage internal training presentations and identify future topics.
• Conduct basic research on company/exec profiles and other related data for go-to-market efforts.
• Proof content and maintain accuracy of collateral and experience lists in line with brand guidelines.
• Maintain marketing mailings and CRM lists.
• Update intranet content to raise awareness of BD initiatives.
• Process check requests, invoices, and other arrangements to support marketing activities.
• Coordinate tasks as needed.
