Job summary
Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Development to support practice group lawyers and teams in pursuing strategic go-to-market initiatives. This hybrid role supports Corporate, M&A and Securities practices nationwide, with flexibility for Houston, Dallas, Austin or San Antonio based work.
The role involves coordinating marketing materials, client development activities, sponsorships and industry events, along with collaboration with PR and firm-wide
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or five+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of two years of law firm, professional services, or marketing business development experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing and business development concepts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production of client-targeted marketing materials for Corporate, M&A and Securities teams.
- Identify opportunities with target clients and regional client teams.
- Monitor action plans, lead follow-up efforts and reports.
- Plan and report on industry conferences, client presentations and seminars.
- Draft submissions for directories and surveys; prep for interviews.
- Develop and publicize client alerts and thought leadership materials with PR team.
