Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Specialist, Business Development to support go-to-market initiatives across the projects practice. Based in Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio), this hybrid role focuses on producing client-targeted materials, tracking engagement, and coordinating events to grow client relationships and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing and business development.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in marketing and business development and/or experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, particularly renewable energy, power generation, and energy storage is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency across complex, high-stakes materials while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines, including strong proofreading skills and the ability to produce polished, error-free materials with consistent spelling, grammar and formatting.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity and mindset of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production of client-targeted marketing materials to raise and maintain awareness of our projects team and sector strengths in line with strategic growth objectives.
• Monitor strategic actions agreed in plans and project meetings; lead follow-up efforts.
• Identify and develop engagement opportunities with target clients specific to assigned practice(s).
• Coordinate with partners on development and publicizing of outcomes and thought leadership.
• Manage the production process for newsletters, blogs, client alerts, and other external communications.
