Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Senior Coordinator, Business Development to support day-to-day needs of practice group lawyers in executing go-to-market initiatives that drive new client relationships, enhance brand, and grow revenue. This hybrid role can be based in Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio, Texas, with some in-office presence required.

The role supports Corporate, M&A and Securities teams nationwide and requires strong BD experience, client engagement, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and minimum of five years of professional experience.
• In lieu of bachelor's degree, minimum of nine years of professional experience.
• Minimum of two years of law firm, professional services, or marketing business development experience preferred.
• Demonstrate understanding of marketing and business development concepts; familiarity with practice teams is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with lawyers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of client-targeted marketing materials to raise awareness of Corporate, M&A and Securities strengths.
• Assist with identifying and developing opportunities with target clients.
• Monitor strategic plans and lead follow-up efforts.
• Work with events team to plan sponsorships, client presentations and seminars.
• Draft and coordinate submissions for directories and surveys; prep for interviews.
