Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Development to support Corporate, M&A and Securities teams nationwide. This hybrid role can be based in Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio, TX, with occasional in-office requirements and flexible scheduling.

The role focuses on go-to-market initiatives, client relationships and brand elevation, coordinating marketing materials, events, submissions, and thought leadership with the BD and PR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of professional experience preferred.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, nine years of professional experience may apply.
• Minimum of two years in law firm, professional services, or marketing business development preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing and business development concepts and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of client-focused marketing materials and proposals.
• Identify opportunities with target clients and coordinate with global/regional teams.
• Plan and report on industry conferences, client presentations and seminars.
• Draft submissions for legal directories and client surveys with lead lawyers.
• Develop thought leadership and client alerts in collaboration with PR.
