Job summary

Technology Service Corporation is seeking a Business Development professional focused on capture to support Airborne ISR Programs and Services. You will coordinate with Operations, Program Management, Engineering, and Pricing to pursue and win critical opportunities while building trust with customers and internal stakeholders.

Travel up to 50% is required with remote working options available. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Airborne ISR or related fields, plus strong proposal and capture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related professional experience in Airborne ISR solutions, products, or services.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Experience in capture, bid, proposal, or pricing activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of P&L vision, strategy, and technical focus areas.
• Develop subject matter expertise in Airborne ISR products and services.
• Lead hunt for new opportunities and engage prospective customers.
• Develop win themes and execute capture strategies to win bids.
• Manage opportunity pipelines and coordinate with program managers and SMEs.
• Produce drafts of marketing material, white papers, and presentations for customers.
• Develop operations concepts of operations using P&L SMEs and marketing resources.
