Job summary

Technology Service Corporation seeks a Business Development professional focused on capture to drive Airborne ISR opportunities. The role involves market assessment, forecasting, capture management, and proposal writing, collaborating with Operations, Program Management, Pricing, and technical teams.

Travel up to 50% and remote work options are available. Responsibilities include developing win themes, supervising RFP responses, and building external partnerships while aligning with the P&L

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years in Airborne ISR or related; government/industry experience.
• US Citizenship capable of obtaining security clearance.
• Formal certification or training related to BD or capture.
• Strong initiative to engage new customers and drive opportunities.
• Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Knowledge of government procurement, fiscal, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand P&L vision, plan, and technical focus areas within 6 months.
• Develop AISR domain subject-matter expertise and stay current on capabilities.
• Lead opportunity hunting and win-theme development for bids.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and coordinate with Ops, PM, and Pricing leads.
• Analyze RFPs to guide program inputs for compliant, compelling proposals.
• Lead assigned proposal activities to maximize win potential.
• Foster government and industry partnerships.
